The match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians is to be played today in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The match is to be played at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi, where it has rained heavily so far. Four matches of this season have been played on this ground and the team batting twice has scored 200+. After three of the four matches on this ground have been won by the batting teams, the team that wins the toss may decide to field first. The important question is, will David Warner return to Sunrisers Hyderabad's Playing XI? Mumbai Indians rarely make any changes in their winning combination.

The defending champions Mumbai Indians are 4th in the points table with four wins from seven matches. Mumbai Indians may not have had a good start this season, but the team has come back strongly to win two consecutive matches, one against Rajasthan Royals and the other against Chennai Super Kings at the second position at the point table. The morale of the team will be greatly increased. On the other hand, the Sunrisers Hyderabad team has lost six out of the seven matches played and is in the last position in the point table. Sunrisers Hyderabad lost by 55 runs against Rajasthan Royals in the last match. Kane Williamson was made the captain in place of David Warner before the match against Rajasthan Royals.

Who was found Coronavirus positive before the MI Vs SRH match?

Even against Mumbai Indians, it seems difficult for Warner to make a place in the playing XI. As a foreign player, Kane Williamson, Johnny Bairstow and Rashid Khan are set to play, while either Jason Holder or Mohammad Nabi can be given a place in the playing XI as an all-rounder.

Possible playing XI:

Sunrisers Hyderabad: Johnny Bairstow, Manish Pandey, Kane Williamson (Captain), Vijay Shankar, Kedar Jadhav, Jason Holder / Mohammad Nabi, Abdul Samad, Rashid Khan, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Khalil Ahmed, Sandeep Sharma.

Mumbai Indians: Quinton Dickock, Rohit Sharma (captain), Suryakumar Yadav, Kieron Pollard, Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya, James Neesham, Rahul Chahar, Dhawal Kulkarni, Trent Boult, Jaspreet Bumrah.

Pant's DC bounced back in the IPL 2021 with a seven-wicket victory over KKR after missing a close victory over RCB in the previous match. It was an all-round performance by DC as both batsmen and bowlers did their job Magnificently.

Captain Pant invited Morgan's KKR to bat first after winning the toss in 25th match of IPL 2021. Rishabh Pant informed that spinner Amit Mishra has been put to rest as a result of shoulder injury. New talent Lalit Yadav was given opportunity which he grabbed by both hands and took 2 crucial wickets in the form of KKR skipper Morgan (0) and Narine (0) by giving just 13 runs in 3 overs.

Ishant Sharma and Rabada weren't so economical as they gave 34 runs ( 4 overs) and 31 runs (4 overs) respectively and had to settle with no wickets. Axar did the job well and dismissed KKR opener Nitish Rana (15) and Karthik  (14).

Avesh Khan dismissed Shubman Gill (43) who was going good and was second highest scorer after Russel in KKR side. Stoinis had to settle with just 1 wicket in the form of Tripathi (19).

Russell and Gill batted exceptionally well and helped Kolkata Knight Riders to reach a total of 154-6 in 20 overs.

The ground was set for the DC batsmen as the target was not so difficult.

There can't be a better start than six boundaries in the very first over of the innings. Opener Prithvi Shaw smashed six fours in the first over in a stunning batting display on his way to a blistering 82 in just 41 balls with the strike rate of 200. Shaw became the second batsman to smash six boundaries in an IPL over after Ajinkya Rahane,

With Shaw assaulting on one side, Shikhar Dhawan batted sensibly and went on to score 46 runs (47) before he was dismissed by Cummins in 14th over of match no. 25 of IPL 2021.

A partnership of 132 runs was made for the first wicket between Prithvi Shaw and Shikhar Dhawan in match no. 25 of IPL 2021.

Shikhar Dhawan’s wicket was followed by Prithvi Shaw’s wicket in 15.2 overs, who got dismissed by  Cummins.

In the very same over cummins dismissed the skipper of DC which proved to be the last wicket of the match.

None of the bowlers of KKR, except Cummins, could do the job for the team as DC went on to register 7 wickets win over KKR.

Overall it was the Prithvi Shaw (Show) as he started to attack KKR bowlers from the very first ball of the innings. He was declared man of the match in match 25 of IPL 2021 for his blistering 82 runs of 41 balls.

"Prithvi Shaw is a talented player, we all know that. But if you give him the confidence he can do wonders," Skipper Pant said.

"Took Too Many Balls": SunRisers Hyderabad Captain David Warner Blames His Slow Fifty For Defeat Against Chennai Super Kings, CSK Vs SRH ( IPL 2021)

The start of the Delhi leg of the IPL 2021 season hasn’t changed the fortunes of the two sides. While CSK registered their fifth win in a row to regain the top position in the points table with 10 points, SRH continued to languish at the bottom with just 2 points from 6 matches.

The problem for SRH has usually been their poor finishes to the innings but this time it was an unexpected knock by David Warner who took 55 balls to hit 57 runs. Change of venue didn't quite produce a change in fortunes for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) as David Warner and team suffered a 7-wicket defeat at the hands of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 on Wednesday. The SRH skipper was duly apologetic for the nature of his innings after the match. He said that the responsibility of loss is on him as he took too many balls.

A late assault from Kane Williamson (26* off 10) and fifties from Manish Pandey (61) and Warner guided SRH to 171/3 in their allotted 20 overs. In reply, Ruturaj Gaikwad's destroying 75-run knock and a fifty from Faf du Plessis (56) helped CSK chase the target down with nine balls to spare.

"I take full responsibility for the way I batted. I batted slow and hit the fielders. The way Manish batted was exceptional. Kane and Kedhar got us to a respectable total, but at the end of the day, I take full responsibility," David Warner said at the post-match presentation ceremony of IPL 2021.

"Probably 15 good shots to fielders and they are the ones that make or break the innings. At the end of the day, I took too many balls. We fought well to the end, but the two [CSK] openers batted well. I'm not too sure. He was going to bat 4 and at the end of the day, we soaked up too many balls. At the end of the day, he bats at 4 and that's his job,"  David Warner added.

I think we have a day game here as well. 170 is par during the night, but we need to be positive. We're a bunch of fighters. The guys will be hurt by this but we will be up and about," David Warner said.

The CSK openers showed their intentions from the beginning of the run-chase.

Both the openers started taking on SRH bowlers and smashed them all around the ground. The duo added 54 runs in the Powerplay overs. The openers continued their carnage as CSK crossed the three-figure mark in the 11th over.

Du Plessis raised his 19th IPL fifty in 32 deliveries in the 11th over in IPL 2021.

In the very next over, it was the turn of Gaikwad to bring up his fifty -- his fifth in the competition. Gaikwad was clean bowled by Rashid Khan in the 13th over but not before the 24-year-old Maharashtra batsman had all but sealed the clash.

Rashid in his last over gave a double blow to CSK as he dismissed both du Plessis (56) and Moeen Ali (15) off successive balls. Ravindra Jadeja and Suresh Raina remained unbeaten on seven and 17 runs respectively as CSK won the 23rd game of IPL 2021 with 9 balls to spare.

IPL 2021: SRH will next take on Rajasthan Royals on May 2.
