Kolkata Knight Riders veteran wicketkeeper batsman Dinesh Karthik took the first dose of covid-19 on Tuesday, which he shared on Twitter. However, Austrian batsman and former KKR player Chris Lynn caught everyone's attention with his funny answer. Chris replied to Karthik's tweet and wrote, "Could have at least worn pants." Chris wrote this referring to Karthik's camouflage pants which Karthik wore in that picture.

Karthik also responded to Chris's tweet with a counter reply. Karthik wrote, "I was thinking shorts like you, then realized I'm not in Maldives. So worn this."
It was postponed indefinitely on 4 May in view of the growing transition of Covid-19 to IPL 2021. First of all, Corona's cases started with Varun Chakraborty and Sandeep Warrier of Karthik's team (KKR). Due to which IPL 2021 was postponed.

Since the postponement, the process of sending Australian players to Maldives was started. Currently all Australian players and officials, including Chris Lean, are also in the Maldives. Here they will return to their country after completing the necessary quarantine period.
Since then, cricketers have been appealing to the people to get the vaccine done.
On Tuesday, Jasprit Bumrah, the fast bowler of India and Mumbai Indians (IPL 2021), shared the picture of the first dose of his covid-19 vaccine.
