Corona entered the bio bar after 29 games of IPL 2021. After that there were discussions about how the corona virus got into the bio bar.

The news agency PTI talked with some of the players who participated in the IPL 2021 and tried to find out what the situation was like after Covid-19 in bio bubble. He said that after the introduction of the Corona virus there was a spirit of fear in some players. Some players reported that this year's bio bubble was weaker than last year's. IPL 2020 was held in the UAE due to Corona virus in India. Another player, under condition of anonymity, said it was safe in the UAE, where not a single corona case was revealed during the tournament. While there were some cases before the start of the tournament.

This player further clarified that though the teams and the BCCI attempted to make an intense bio bubble. It was more safe and stronger in the UAE. Here you could see that individuals were coming from various floors. I saw that some utilized the pool too. The facilities of the training were very far off. Srivats Goswami, who was an individual from the Indian Under-19 group, said that he has been a part of the IPL 2021 since the start. He isn't in question that any player or partner part has disregarded the standard operating protocol (SOP) related with Covid-19. He was an important member for the Sunrisers Hyderabad.

He also said that we were taking good care of the people inside the bio bubble. No player or support staff has broken the law. But once the virus entered, everyone was uncomfortable. I will not deny it. Especially foreign players. You can't help anyone. I know I’m a good resistance player. God forbid, if I got the virus, I would be cured, but what if I did not show any symptoms and my elderly parents gets infected through me? Most players are scared because you don’t want your family to be affected.

He said it was clear he did not know what was going on outside. If you see people dying because of the lack of oxygen and the lack of a hospital bed, it was bad. It was very frightening for the foreigners, when they saw all this on social media. We are Indian players and we convinced them that things will be fixed. Another player pointed out that there are differences between players and support staff regarding what happens outside. Some wanted the IPL 2021 to stop, others did not. When the corona virus got into a blister, no one was at peace.
