The Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2021 dates have been announced on Thursday, one of the world's largest T20 leagues. The CPL 2021 tournament is scheduled to begin on August 24 and the final of CPL 2021 will be played on September 19. Information was given by the organizing committee. A total of 33 matches will be played in this year's league. CPL has been shifted from Trinidad and Tobago to St Kitts and Nevis this time. All matches of this tournament will be played at Warner Park.



CPL is one of the best T20 tournaments in the world, in which the best players from all over the world showcase their talent. This tournament is visited by a large crowd of spectators. In 2020, its viewership was estimated to be 52,3 crore. The viewership of CPL in the year 2020 is 67% higher than the audience in 2019.





CPL COO Pete Russell said the confirmation of the window for CPL 2021 is really exciting. He thanked the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis for getting ready to host this year.

He also thanked Cricket West Indies for giving a window through the busy cricketing schedule. He hoped for the CPL (CPL 2021) to be successful this year as well.



The West Indies team has to play against South Africa, Australia and Pakistan from June to August this year. West Indies have to play two Tests and five T20 Internationals against South Africa, five T20I matches against Australia and three ODI series and five match T20 series against Pakistan.
